Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support general sales order process including purchase order issuance, delivery order creation and follow up, sales return and payment follow up
- Follow up with order status and shipment schedule, work closely with Logistics team for logistics arrangement
- Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors for delivery schedule update and order fulfilment
- Support forecasting report as well as delivery report
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
- 3 years or above relevant work experience
- Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
Skills:
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application especially in Excel, D365, SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Familiar with operations and knowledge in international trade compliance
- Good analytical skill, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, be a good team player
