Sales Administration Executive / Assistant (Supply Chain – Order Processing)

Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Support general sales order process including purchase order issuance, delivery order creation and follow up, sales return and payment follow up
  • Follow up with order status and shipment schedule, work closely with Logistics team for logistics arrangement
  • Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors for delivery schedule update and order fulfilment
  • Support forecasting report as well as delivery report
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:
  • 3 years or above relevant work experience
  • Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
Skills:
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially in Excel, D365, SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiar with operations and knowledge in international trade compliance
  • Good analytical skill, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, be a good team player
